NYC region

NYC Frozen Pie Delivery

We offer two delivery options in the NYC region:
Frozen Pies
Hot Pies

Free Home Delivery of Frozen Pies:

Manhattan:
Below 100th St
($60 minimum)

Brooklyn:
up to 5 miles from the Manhattan, Brooklyn & Williamsburg bridges.
($60 minimum)

Queens
3 miles either side of BQE.
($75 minimum)

Beyond this zone: we may still be able to deliver if the order is of a reasonable size. Call or us to discuss!

Delivery times:
Upon receipt of order we'll email (or call) to arrange delivery - delivery can be scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1pm to 5pm. To specify a convenient delivery time/day make a note in the "Comments" section of the checkout process - we'll do our best to accommodate you.

To pay cash (or check) on delivery - select COD during the payment process.

You can calculate the price of an order by using the online order process. Your total order cost will be shown BEFORE you pay for it, no obligation.

We offer curbside delivery or we can leave your package with a doorman.

NEW! Hot Pie Delivery in NYC region.

A much requested expansion of our local hot food delivery... aimed primarily at the lunch crowd in Manhattan.

Customer MUST meet driver curbside!

$60 minimum applies to hot food deliveries between 10.30am and 2pm, Monday to Friday only, outside our local delivery area, and within the frozen pie delivery zones listed above.

Hot Food delivery can be done outside of these delivery zones and times, but different minimums may apply - especially if the delivery is after 5pm - Call or us to discuss!

Overnight Delivery

Overnight Shipping;

Pies ship frozen.

As you order online you will be asked for a 'promo code.' Just enter - "Ground" - and you will not be charged for shipping.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

 If you do not live close enough to NYC so that your order will arrive by the end of the next day using GROUND we also have NEXT DAY DELIVERY shipping options.
Note: not free - shipping is calculated prior to checkout

We prefer to not ship more than 1 day away - especially in hot weather.

Insulated shipping containers:

For SHIPPED orders you must include one of the shipping boxes listed on the order page with your order

Packs are optimized so that the Insulated Shipping Container is FULL.

In an effort to keep costs down we DO NOT charge a handling fee - and for this reason we will only accept orders for FULL shipping containers.

Sausage Rolls: 2 rolls = 1 pie, and 16 Party Pies or 20 Party Rols = 4 Pies, for purposes of filling your selected box.

Dispatch:
Monday AND Wednesday

We will inform you by return mail of the scheduled shipment date – we strive to ship as quickly as possible – usually within a week of receiving your order

IMPORTANT NOTE

While (in our experience) UPS are VERY reliable, we have learned through hard experience that despite saying they guarantee delivery by a certain day/time, the "fine print" on the UPS agreements stipulates that they will not under any circumstances guarantee timely delivery of PERISHABLE items. Therefore the customer agrees to ship through UPS at their own risk. If our pies are inedible due to a delay encountered by UPS, DUB Pies will happily refund the purchase price of the actual product bought from us but cannot be held responsible for the cost of shipping.
